When you need to share your emails with other users, they will be able to help you process your mail.

Go to "Settings" -> "Account Information" in your mailbox and select "Share My Mailbox" to add the email addresses of the users you want to share with and set their permissions.

You can set the permissions for other users to process your emails: Read-only, Delegate, and Representative. The default permission is "Read-only."

Read-only: Can only view shared emails, cannot perform any operations.

Delegate: Can view the shared mailbox; can send emails using the authorizer's account; can change the unread status of emails; can delete emails.

Representative: Can view the shared mailbox; can send emails on behalf of the authorizer; cannot change the unread status of emails; cannot delete emails.

When you are on vacation or out of the office, you can use the Coremail Vacation/Out of Office Reply feature. During this time, when someone sends you an email, they will receive an automatic reply from the system. Go to "Settings" -> "Mail Settings" -> "Vacation Auto-Reply" in your mailbox to set the time, message body, and recipients.

• 1) Click "Personal Settings" in your profile picture in the upper right corner of the mailbox page.
• 2) On the "Settings" page, click "Theme Settings" in "General Settings."
• 3) Choose your preferred interface style, color scheme, and language.

• 1) Go to "Settings" in your mailbox.
• 2) Click "Personal Information" in "Account Information" and enter the name you want to display.
• 3) Click "OK" to complete the operation.

When you send an email, your name will appear in the "From" field of the outgoing message.

Provides personalized settings for basic mailbox parameters. You can set the display style of the page and some operating habits according to your own requirements.

The recommended options are marked as "Recommended," and are also the default options selected by the mailbox. You can change the parameter settings at any time according to your familiarity and operating habits.

In the signature options of the mailbox settings, you can set some text yourself, so that when you write an email, you can choose one of the set signatures as the closing of the email, which will be automatically attached to the end of the email when it is sent.

To create a signature:

• 1) Open the "Settings" page, go to "Signature Settings" in "Account Information," and enter the "Signature" page.
• 2) In the "Add" signature editing box, enter a prompt for the signature (e.g., classify signatures by personal or business use). In the "Signature Content" box, enter the content of the signature, such as your name, company name, phone number, etc. You can set it as the default signature and specify where the signature should be added.
• 3) Finally, click "Add" to create the signature.

After setting up incoming mail filters, the system will process received emails differently.

Setup method:

• 1) Go to "Settings" in your mailbox and select "Filters" on the "Mail Management" page.
• 2) On the "Filters" page, click the "Add" button.
• 3) Enter a name for the filter rule, choose whether to enable it, and whether to continue to the next rule after this one is checked.
• 4) Choose the conditions for this rule, which can be based on the email's source, recipient, subject, or size.
• 5) Choose the action for this rule, which can be to reject the email, forward it to a specified user or folder, or use an auto-reply.
• 6) Click the "OK" button to complete the setup.
